Privacy policy
Effective October 2026. This policy covers jacobbuysland.com and the text messages and calls sent by Jacob Nostrant on behalf of JAN Management Enterprises LLC, doing business as Jacob Buys Land.
What I collect
- Your name, phone number, email, and the location of a parcel, when you give them to me through this site, by text, or by phone.
- Public property records (owner name, mailing address, parcel details) from county offices.
- Records of the messages we exchange, including the date, time, and content, and any request to stop.
How I use it
- To contact you about a specific parcel of land you own or asked about.
- To keep a record of who has asked not to be contacted, so that I honor it.
- To prepare a purchase agreement if we reach one.
Text messaging
- Message frequency: a small number of messages about one parcel, never more than one per day, within 9am to 7pm your local time.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message, or tell me in your own words to stop. I will stop immediately and will not contact that number again.

Sharing
Mobile opt-in data and consent, including your phone number and any consent you give to receive text messages, are not shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. I share your information only with the closing attorney or title company handling a transaction you have agreed to, and with the service providers that deliver my messages, who may use it only to deliver those messages.
Retention and your rights
I keep opt-out requests and message records for at least four years so I can prove I honored them. You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by email or phone above.
